The bike-friendly paths around the area were smooth and well-maintained. The hotel provided a secure space for our bikes, which made things much easier.
It wasn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for.

The hotel is just a few steps from many historical Central Avenue attractions like Bathhouse Row and the Hot Springs Wax Museum which made it so convenient to stroll around town and enjoy the local dining scene, plus the friendly staff added to a positive experience; however, the slow elevators could be improved to enhance the overall stay.

Conveniently located near Bathhouse Row. Clean rooms and updated facilities, but the experience was marred by a lack of attention to cleanliness. The room was spacious, and the views from the 14th floor were stunning. Staff were exceptionally friendly, particularly Alyssa and Billy, who facilitated a smooth check-in. The free breakfast was well-thought-out, with excellent options, accommodating plant-based diets. the room had lingering issues – mold, a malfunctioning toilet, and noticeable dirt on surfaces. Elevators required patience, and their condition suggested neglect. With the right focus on cleanliness and maintenance, this place holds considerable potential for a truly enjoyable stay.

The staff really went above and beyond to give me a room with a stunning view. The breakfast buffet was organized and had more food than I could possibly try.
Parking is a block away, but it's free, so no biggie.

I enjoyed the hilarious elevator race every morning. The stuck shoes incident by the elevator made for an unforgettable experience. The breakfast, well, let's just say it was a good thing I had a hearty appetite!

We enjoyed a fun family time playing darts and cooling off at the fantastic pools - both indoor and outdoor. The evening turned lively with a vibrant nightclub to cap off our days perfectly.
My wife says that a children's play area would enhance the family experience.

We played darts and partied at the nightclub. The outdoor and indoor pools were lit! We could chill and swim anytime - total vibes!
Wish there was a rooftop hangout spot for epic sunset views while jamming to music! .

The location was fantastic, right in downtown Hot Springs within walking distance to all the attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room itself was clean and had a comfortable bed, a big window, and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, there were some issues that detracted from the overall experience. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with a dirty floor that required extra cleaning on my part. The bathroom amenities were lacking, as the dispensers were empty and there were only two towels provided. The noise from the adjoining room was also a nuisance, as it felt like the guests next door were in the same room. the hotel offered a hot breakfast which my husband enjoyed when he managed to make it down in time. The grill and bar at night were a nice touch, and we appreciated the comfortable bed and cool temperature in the room. The hotel's proximity to the convention center and downtown area was convenient for exploring the town. with some enhancements, this hotel could provide a more enjoyable stay.

The room was clean and well-kept. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. Blackout curtains effectively blocked out light. The hot shower was a highlight, with good water pressure. Temperature control worked well with the AC. I appreciated the large window providing a nice view. The TV was of good quality, adding to the entertainment. I noticed some lint on the floor, which was not addressed. The bathroom amenities were convenient, and the dispensers made for easy use. the noise level was surprisingly low despite the nearby action.

I loved the spacious rooms and super comfy beds! The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Plus, the location was amazing—everything was a quick walk away, and there was live music on the weekends!

Clean, spacious room with a great view and a welcoming early check-in made for a pleasant start. The breakfast offered decent options but nothing memorable. The elevators, however, were a real headache—only one was functional during peak checkout, leading to frustrating waits. Confusing stairwells added to the stress. While the parking was convenient, it felt a bit far from the hotel, especially with luggage. Staff seemed indifferent to our elevator troubles, which was disappointing. Live entertainment in the bar was a nice touch, but improvements in maintenance and guest service are definitely needed.

Had a fantastic time during our romantic escape! The rooms were spotless, with luxurious amenities and a comfortable bed. Conveniently located near great dining options and shops.
We faced some issues with the elevator, as only one was operational, causing delays and overcrowding. the bathroom layout was awkward, and the shower didn't drain well.

My Easter getaway at this hotel was fantastic! The location was a total win - I could easily walk to Bathhouse Row and enjoy the nearby shops and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast provided a yummy start to my day, with a variety of options to choose from. The live entertainment at the bar was a delightful surprise, and the room was spotless with modern amenities.
The only downside was the slow elevators, especially in the morning rush. It gave off a bit of a worn-out vibe that wasn't expected.
